For thirty years, Ridgeline Carton Co. has converted raw kraft linerboard into shipping cartons, retail packaging, and displays that survive the actual trip from our floor to your customer's doorstep.

What we run
Regular slotted containers cut to your SKU dimensions, from single-wall mailers to 350 lb triple-wall for palletized freight. Same board specs your dock crew already knows how to stack.
Flexo-printed, shelf-ready cartons with up to four spot colors. We run the steel rule dies in-house, so a new SKU goes from sketch to sample in about nine days.
Floor and counter displays engineered to survive a forklift ride and a Saturday rush. We load-test every new display design against your actual product weight before it ships.
Wax-alternative coated board and insulated liners for produce, seafood, and pharma cold packs, built to hold temperature through a multi-stop regional route.
From board to bundle
We spec flute profile and ECT rating against your product weight and freight lane, not a generic default.
Kraft linerboard runs through our corrugators at up to 900 feet per minute, bonded under controlled heat and pressure.
In-house steel rule dies and flexo plates handle printing, slotting, and creasing in a single pass.
Every bundle gets a compression and drop test before it leaves the floor — not a sampling, every bundle.
Our own fleet covers same-day regional delivery; everything past 300 miles ships freight the next morning.
Why us
New steel rule dies cut on-site, so tooling delays never hold up a production date.
Every roll of linerboard we buy traces back to certified, responsibly managed forests.
Fourteen straight trucks running regional routes, so freight delays are our problem, not yours.
One corrugator line stays reserved for expedited runs when a customer’s line goes down.
Over 2,200 die patterns on file already, going back to jobs run in the late nineties.
Compression, drop, and moisture checks logged on every bundle before it clears the dock.
“We switched three of our SKUs to Ridgeline after a supplier missed two straight harvest-season shipments. Four seasons later they still haven't missed one.”
